Ms Nozuko Nxusani was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 1997 and has been practising as such ever since her admission. She holds B.Luris, LLB, Higher Diploma in Tax Law, Higher Diploma in Insolvency Law and a Diploma in Interpretation and Drafting of Contracts. She also holds Certificate in Competition Law and Local Government and Municipal Law and Post Graduate Certificate in Corporate Law.

She holds IRCA Global Certificate. She is certified to chair Eskom’s legal investigations. She is currently responsible for Commercial Litigation, drafting of contracts and Legislative Review. She also manages the Adjudicators for the Gauteng Department of Housing.

Mr Makubung was admitted as Attorney and conveyancer of the High Court in year 2006 and has been practising as such ever since his admission. He holds an LLB degree, Diploma in Deeds Registration, Post Graduate Certificate in Corporate Law, Post Graduate Certificate in Legislation drafting and IRCA Global Certificate. Certified Chair of Eskom’s Corporate Investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr Makubung worked for the Road Accident Fund as a claim handler and senior claims handler. He also served as external Lecture and Examiner at Unisa. He is Municipal Town Planning and Environmental Law practitioner and draftsman. He does drafting and review of legislation, regulations policies, by-laws municipal delegations and contracts. He is an arbitrator in sectional title dispute. He is a member and adhoc chairperson of the Gauteng’s Township Board and the appeals committee of Council for Built Environment (CBE) and South African Council for Architectural Professional (SACAP).

He assists Host Communities in negotiating benefits in local mines. He also assists in enforcement of Social Labour Plans and Socio-Economic Development Policies.

Mr Koko was admitted as Attorney in year 2007 and has been practising as such ever since his admission. He holds an LLB and Certificate in Business Rescue practice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr Koko worked for Road Accident Fund as Legal Costs and Litigation Officer. He presides over and initiates disciplinary enquiries for and on behalf of City Power. He is the head of the litigation department. He possesses a Certificate in Disciplinary Hearings and Certificate in Mediation. Currently studying LLM specializing in Corporate Law. Research Topic for his dissertation is the examination of the effects of business rescue dissertation on employees in terms of section 136 of the companies’ act. Mr. Koko is responsible for development, maintenance and implementation of the company’s strategies, operational systems and policies.
